I quickly replaced the factory AM/FM radio with something better. I love music so I needed something to fulfill my listening enjoyment. The Pioneer features front, rear, and sub pre-outs which will help once I add the amps. It also features rear RCA inputs for the Rugged Waves Nav & Mult System below.
Clarion 8" Console Sub
I decided to add a little more depth to the sound quality in the Jeep. All Jeep owners know that cargo space is a premium so I was not going to install a huge box in the back. This sub sounds really good surprisingly for its' size.

Installed in the new custom soundbar are a pair of Alpine SPR-17LP 6.5 2 way speakers to give a nice full sound.
Pioneer 4x6 3 Ways
I decided to update the stock dash speakers to Pioneer speakers, the sound improvement is slight, but better than it was before. I am sure once I add the amplifiers it will be a lot better.
Rugged Waves Navigation & Multiemedia System
Being the geek that I am I decided to install an onboard computer to handle GPS, mp3s, and other entertainment amenities. The ability to have 5000 songs to listen to without commercials is awesome!
